Time's newsfeed reports that employees at one company are getting tattoos of their employer's logo in exchange for a 15% payrise... the particular employer is, of all things, a Realty company, and around 40 employees have been inked so far. This might be a case of taking "Employer Branding" too literally.
If this trend keeps up, you can expect companies who adopt skull and crossbones or butterfly logos to be a lot more popular.
What do you think about this? Would a 15% payrise convince you to get a tattoo of your employer's logo? Is this the death-knell for tattoos being "rebellious", or the natural evolution of advertising? And remember - if you're going to get a tattoo, make sure they spell your employer's name right. A tattoo is for ever - just like an employer. Wait, that doesn't seem right...?!
